Fishing Report Agent (fishingreportagent.com) generates fishing reports — conditions, location, and guidance — in plain language you can act on.

By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Conditions are guidance, not safety equipment

Fishing reports are predictions and summaries. Weather, water, and marine conditions change, and reports can be wrong. Do not use this service for navigation or any safety-of-life decision. Always verify with official sources (NOAA, the National Weather Service, local authorities) and follow the judgment of the person at the helm.

Reports go stale

A report reflects conditions as of the moment it was generated. Anything older than a day is labeled stale and must not be relied on as current. If the decision matters, generate a fresh report.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links in our reports are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships never influence our data, reports, rankings, or recommendations. A recommendation is made on its own merits; an affiliate link, where one appears, is applied only after the fact.

Service is "as is" and without warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will always be current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service — including decisions made, or not made, based on a report. You use this service at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own fishing and trip planning. Don't scrape it beyond your quota, don't resell or redistribute reports commercially, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Free tiers are per-account, for your own use. Internal or administrative accounts are not for redistribution.

Quotas and fair use

Free access is rate-limited. We may adjust quotas to keep the service available to everyone. If you need higher limits, contact us.

Account and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, misuse, or abuse of the service. If you close your account, we delete your reports as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The reports are generated for your use, but the service, its data pipeline, and its output format remain ours. You get a right to use the reports you generate; you don't get a license to the underlying service or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes will be posted here.
